“Prompt service and a good price, but I was very disappointed that the soil in the pot of blueberry bush I ordered was completely dried out on arrival and the plant's leaves were yellowing. Not sure whether or not it will survive - I have planted it anyway, so time will tell.”

“I placed my order for some bulbs from Carbeth Plants and then I read some of the reviews which were not good. So I was concerned about my order. However my bulbs arrived quickly by free delivery and they look healthy. Therefore I will not hesitate to purchase from Carbeth Plants in the future.”

“Order not received as of 6th October and no order confirmation sent. Disappointing considering payment has been taken and no response to phone number 0141 587 8956 after calling to see if there was an issue. Disappointing first order.”

“I recently purchased a Patriot blueberry bush from Carbeth plants. Unfortunately, 5 days after placing the order, I still hadn't been notified of a delivery date so, I emailed them and to give them due credit, I received an apologetic, personal, response saying how they had experienced a problem with their website which had prevented their automated system from sending out delivery dates. I never did get a delivery date but, a few days later, my plant arrived in very good condition and the same day, I received another email saying that my plant should have been delivered earlier that day; to which I replied in the positive. Despite the problem which I encountered, I will definitely use them again as their plants are of excellent quality and I liked the personal touch they gave. Many thanks. Chuck D”

“I was sent three plants , one came with brown leaves and the other was the only plant that came in a better condition was the Hoya Kerri variegated, then I was sent a baby Boston fern instead of the Eucalyptus Gunni I had ordered . To say I am disappointed and unhappy is an understatement My first time buying from this company and definitely my last.”

“Found ordering very easy and was able to get exactly what I wanted after trying to find what I was looking for could be sent to Northern Ireland. The couple who received the Silver Wedding anniversary rose were delighted so I would order again. Very satisfied customer.”
