“Ordered what I thought would be a good plant, reasonable price an no postage!!! What I received made me regret using this company and the quality of plant received was very poor , sent an email this wa due to the tim of year???? I already have a plant that the same and that great ,full of leaves and flowers, not something looking poorly.”

“I ordered 6 garlic bulbs and 3 lots of onion sets. Only the onion sets arrived with no garlic bulbs. I also asked for non plastic packaging and they were wrapped in plastic. Tried to email and the site is down. Tried to phone and just got a message directing me to the website”

“I was looking for some cat grass for my indoor cat and Carbeth Plants were able to supply this for me, for which I was very grateful after looking around for a supplier. The plant was well packed and very healthy and my cat is now enjoying it! So thank you.”

“So please to finally find this rose that my mother had wanted for ages. It came on time, well packaged and in good condition. It has several limbs and 3 of them are showing signs of life already. It is now in a larger pot near the window so she can see it as it grows. Thank you so much for making her so happy on her 96 th birthday.”

“I ordered a rose tree for a diamond wedding present. Ordering was easy and the delivery came within three days. The pruned tree looks very healthy and hopefully my friends will enjoy some blooms next year. I would definitely use this company again”

“Ordered the 5 cacti/5 succulents mini pots. Plants are well advanced & very healthy. Packaging, no plastic trays, boxes, no plastic at all, just wrapped in paper & tape. Unbelievably all the plants arrived in their pots, no loose soil, no lost leaves, absolutely perfect. Amazing considering the way the postman was manhandling the box. Proves plastic is unnecessary if you've got that magic knack. Potted up the plants look great & are receiving lots of compliments. Very happy & definitely a 10 out of 10.”

“Order: 203-9496154-1150742) Told plants had been sent by Royal Mail Tracker 48hrs last wednesday. Expecting package on the Friday. It is now the following wednesday, no sign. I contacted the company and was told package will not be despatched until this friday. Why say plants have been despatched when they clearly have not been? Underhand. Have asked for a refund. Will not use again. Awaiting response.”

“Great website to navigate, and good selection of plants at a competitive price. I ordered a ‘string of dolphins’ trailing succulent which I hadn’t come across before. I will admit I thought it looked ever so dry when it arrived but I guess that’s how succulents like to travel because….after a little drink of water it plumped up and perked up beautifully and is growing like crazy! Good communication throughout and speedy delivery”
