“I ordered a spider plant and "small box" of moss. The moss is dried and in a bag, which is easy to rehydrate. It's a lot more than I expected, which was a lovely surprise - I now need more projects for the spare moss now. The spider plant was squeezed in next to the moss in a box that really is only big enough for the bag of moss. This meant the box wasn't nearly closed and leaves were poking out. It hasn't faired very well on its side either. There's a lot of damaged to leaves, and lower down there are holes in the middle of them. The soil is bone dry, even with a bag elastic banded around the pot and base of the stems. So, it's not the happiest plant at all. I'm disappointed because I paid extra for plant treatment, which doesn't appear to have been done and extra for no plastic, both the spider plant and moss have plastic bags.”

“Was promised a delivery date of Monday 16th whuch was what i needed because the plants were for me to take to a funeral 200 miles away on Tuesday 17th. Given delivery as before 8pm. Message received sorry for delat now expected 19th. I am doing a 400 mile round trip tomorrow, the rose bushes were a speciak variety for family members. Am i now expected to do snother 400 mile round trip. I wohld not have ordered hsd i known you cant meet delivery deadlines promised. Th add insult yo injury advised i can only request a refund if not receivrd by 19th.”
