“The Christmas Tree that was sent to us was not as descried it was very unsatisfactory. We have been offered 20 pec back but all we want is either full refund or and exchange. we have now been today we can have an exchanged if we post the tree back to Glasgow!! I mean come on this is your error and we expected to pay postage for the tree to be returned . We have tried to contact you several times and the phone is never answered. We have asked f we can bring the tree back and swap at b&q which is where the tree was advertised - but yet again no response . Tour customer service is shocking . WE WANT A FULL REFUND PLEASE - This has ruined our weekend with our daughters who wanted to have a nice tree to decorate.”

“Got cat grass as as going on holiday and our own seeds had not came through totally It a has lasted 1 week and poor quality , Will be looking elswhere in future as this has happened before and we relied on this for our fur babies”

“Ordered Christmas 3ft via b&q website £50.00 the tree turned up was laughable . It was tiny and pined falling off. It’s broke our daughters heart as she was excited for it arrival . … we contacted this company and we were offered at 20 per cent refund ! We want our money back so can purchase a decent tree .. there has been no further communication from them !! We are so so unhappy 😔 it’s ruined the up and coming festivities”

“I ordered a Golden Wedding Camelia as a gift. Ordering on line was super efficient, as promised the plant arrived 3 days later. It had tiny bit of damage after it's long journey but only to be expected. It was wrapped as described with lovely golden bow. Our friends are delighted with it and as it has buds are excited to see flowers soon,”

“Only four out five because I cannot review the plants themselves - they were a gift direct to somone else. But in terms of ease of ordering and prompt delivery, five stars. Ordered hassle free and delivered quickly, and my Mum seems very happy with them so good job. I will happily use Carbeth again.”
