“The plant was delivered promtly. The plant was a gift so have only seen a photo bit it looks OK. The picture of the plant on the website was only a partial picture so it was difficult to decie if it was what I wanted.”

“We had a little hiccup at first and the wrong plants were delivered. This was sorted out by them immediately and I received the plants I ordered quickly after. The plants were in very good condition and really well packed. Lovely happy plants and interesting varieties. I've ordered some more plants from them as I was very pleased with their customer service and quality of their plants”

“The plant, which is a gift for someone else, arrived promptly and looks in very good health. My only criticism is that it was packed to be delivered on its side rather than upright and two of the stems are rather bent.”

“Dear Carbeth Plants. Your service was excellent. The product was first-rate. However, I am only giving a rating because that's the only way I can get this message through. I am so bombarded with requests to give ratings or write reviews for goods or services that I am no longer sure that such things mean anything to anyone, and are therefore a waste of time. To me, that a company feels the need to ask for ratings reflects poorly on that company.”

“Absolutely disgusted with this rose I purchased. It was badly pruned, two cane's still crossing over ans an all round pathetic specimen. It serves me right for not using my usual supplier.”
