“Received my order of pack of 8 purple broccoli plug plants today 8/4/24. They were very well packaged, in very good condition. Will let them rest for a few days before putting them in the veg garden. Also thanks for the Royal Mail tracking number.”

“Took a good 2 days for bare root strawberry plants to arrive by post so they looked a bit miserable but all are growing and 2 extra plants were included. Time will tell how good they are!”

“I have only given 3 stars as I followed instructions given to have the rose plant sent to my aunt for her 90th birthday, unfortunately this did not happen and the rose was delivered to my home address. Fortunately we we're visiting the area and managed to deliver it ourselves before her big day. To say I was disappointed would be true, but on this occasion it was me who was disappointed not my aunt. The rose however was well packaged and in a good condition and arrived in good time.”

“1st order I've made with carbeth plants easy to purchase delivery never took long plant was healthy now its blooming and its a eye catcher no complaints would I recommend and purchase again .. answer to that would be a yes :) now that's blue”

“Ordered the mixed selection of onion sets (3×bags of 100sets) stated as roughly weighing 1500g. Website does state that depending on availability only 2 varieties occassionally may be delivered. Order arrived 2 days later with 3 bags of unmarked sets with at least 10% having 2inch long sprouts and very soft. I emailed the "info" team and was asked to send a photo which i duly did making reference to the fact the bags weighed in at 1235g. Received a response saying the sprouted sets would still grow and that the weight was irrelevant. Wrote back asking them to clarify what sets had been sent as all 3 bags looked identical. Still waiting a response. Really disappointed as I have been purchasing from Carbeth for a number of years and rarely been let down. Will think twice about ordering anything else.”

“Very happy with the bay tree that I purchased. I couldn't find one when I went to the garden centre so I was pleased with how easy it was to find and order from this store. It came in good time and it was really well packaged. I would purchase again from this company.”
