After going to Euro car parts to collect to my surprise there was no product in the box. After sorting thidvout with manager and head office for a replacement I then I find out its not the right fitment then when the manager looks into it I'm told that they don't stock this item even though it days you have it on your web site. Absolutely discraceful

Wife bought £120 parts, no email received, payment taken, no goods received. CarParts4Less said they couldn’t help. Still chasing

Picked up the item it was damaged and was playing to see as the box was damaged had to order me a new one for the next day very inconvenient

Given the wrong sparking (guy said wrongly picked) put 2 hours on the job by the time I sorted. Luckily the counter is only about 3miles away.

I think its unfair that you have the parts in stock in the euro car parts depot but when i order from you i have to wait 2 or 3 days to collect them .not very good service

Absolutely terrible I ordered on a Thursday to collect on Saturday and when I got there it was missing so they told me I couldn't have another one until the Monday but my mechanic was waiting for the part so I had to drive around to find another part

i ordered bulb off car parts website for collection in the maidenhead euro car parts branch i went there and waited 30 mins before i got served absolute disgusting service. it wasnt even a long que there was only 1 person infront of me. i wont be using car parts for less or euro car parts again i will be going else where.

I have a serious complaint of intimidation against one of your staff at one of your branches. I went to your Wembley main office to personally talk to some senior manager and to appraise him of the situation. The lady manager tried to help me. She talked to some senior person over the phone, who was not in the office. That senior person advised the lady manager to provide me with the customer service phone number! Does the senior manager think that I was not able to find the customer service number online and therefore I travelled up to your Wembley office? He was basically not interested in listening to the complaint and wanted to get rid of the situation.

I was looking for an SKF wheel bearing, visited the website, chose the applicable part and manufacturer as directed, what arrived was the wrong part made by the wrong manufacturer for a different vehicle. The Helpline was anything but helpful, I explained the above and was told that the part sent was the correct part number! Apparently some parts which are different have the same part number! Even different manufacturers use the same part number. The helpline person didn't know how to get me the part I wanted. Also, the part I returned had a value of £170 although I paid £30 for the part I wanted.

Never delivered, even after 4 days. Had to ring and chase up. Guy on phone said due to lack of staff they don't very often check on line orders! When I went to collect the guy at Euro car parts (Car parts for less) was most apologetic and said again about lack of staff. Car parts for less and Euro car parts need to ensure staffing is in place before talking about delivery times.

This is to inform you that your delivery time is very late i did not receive yet still waiting i never seen the most waister timer in my life delivery almost 40 days i want my money back now that my money why you hold it for two months you do not have any rights

Gave me all the wrong parts for both cars! Was peed off and found out whilst stripped down at 6.00 has to buy from Halfords in the end and get refunded 🤣

I have looked foe service part. Found all cheapest parts. And its show all in stocks. But when I try to do checkout. Always coming some message (something wrong please try again) I try maybe 5-7 times. And anyway. Coming some message.so I change parts and take not cheapest. And then no problem to checkout. So if u try to safe. The system don't let u do it.

Service at Ashford Kent shop was a joke.. some waiting upto 30 min to even be served and then waiting longer for their parts to be brought out... Only one person at front desk with all the others sitting in the back chatting... A joke AVOID
