Well the ordering process was easy but the store collection was completely different, when I got there the counter area was crowded with people waiting to be served, there was one young lad serving and maybe 3 or 4 lads in the back laughing and joking and effing and swearing. Then one of them came out and asked if anyone had ordered on line, which I had. He asked my name then disappeared for a few minutes, then came back in and threw a box on the counter then started to walk off when I asked him if this was everything I’d ordered, which it obviously wasn’t, he went back into the stores and came back with the rest then threw it onto the counter again. His attitude to me was very rude and like he couldn’t be bothered to deal with customers. I hate poor customer service, so I’ll just go to AUTODOC next time.

The wrong parts again don't fit YES I did put in the correct vehicle details Reg, engine size, year and model returned parts gave the same details to Euro Parts who did have the correct parts, They are the same company I do not understand.

They do not deliver on time. They say ready for collection but when go there part is not there. Now I don't use them and euro car parts both. Avoid them. There are other competitors who are more reliable

Poor customer service. Got an email stating my order was collected, but no notification when it was ready so I didn't collect it. Waiting 3 weeks for customer service to respond. Only update received is that they followed up with a branch.

I purchased a car battery on line! Unfortunately it was more dead than the battery I was replacing, I went to the shop to return it, they were full of excuses why it was my fault it was dead, they then asked me to return home and take a photo of my old battery! I told them that was impractical as I lived to far. I asked them to check the battery that's when they agreed to replace it. Very unprofessional

Very disappointing. To collect an item which I paid online, it took 30 minutes. Better to buy from local shop.

Ordered a Bosch air filter, was given a different manufacturer, young guy that served me said there was no difference! Not the point.....I asked for a Bosch, paid for a Bosch....guess my next comment. I ordered -18 apple screen wash was given -8, same young guy said " you ordered apple" but clearly didn't read the order ! Maybe some staff with a better attitude and you may keep me as a customer.

Invoice no 04299369 . Item returned on 11/11/2023. Expected payment 90.08 . Until now the money is not credited back into my accounts. Today is 21/11/23.

Radiator had bent fins and was clearly used evident from oil stains and marks left on it by fitting. All protective packaging in the box was missing. I returned it immediately in the shop I collected from. I paid full price for a new part and expect to receive new. Disappointed and waste of my time.

Euro car parts Woodford branch is probably the worst repeated customer service as I have ever had. Just so poor with blatant lies just to get the queue down and the longest wait (repeatedly) I have had for items purchased online. Only having to go there due to location and close proximity of where I live

There was a queue when reached for collection and only one till was serving. After waiting for 15 mins when saw still same customer was being served, it was decided to call customer service to get it addressed and cancel the order as online order meant to be better served by quick collection. Thank you for taking feedback and refund.

Zero stars I bought 3 sets of wiper blades off line because of a discount They sent the wrong wipers I was told I’ll have to wait at home for half a day for pick up I can’t do that I had to waste more money driving to the nearest store They wouldn’t give me a swap because of there fault I had to pay full price for them Absolute joke Obviously never buying from again

Placed order for click and collect. Different brand handed over next day as they don't had actual item in store. Next day revisited store for return but they don't had staff to process online items refund but euro car parts Slough was open for sales only. Ridiculous customer service.
