“Unfortunately the computer programme designed to identify the correct battery to fit your car on the website selected batteries that would not fit under the bonnet and caused some minor damage to the underside of the bonnet when attempting to close it. All batteries selected by the computer were at least 20mm too high. Fortunately the sales assistant spent time investigating and found one that fit. Well done to him for saving the day. Real people 1 V A.I. computers 0.”

“Ordered a starter motor was sent a email to pick the part up, part was not in and don’t come in for another two days head office kept saying it is the stres fault and the store said the item has not been sent yet when I checked stock numbers it didn’t state we’re the stock was held ver poor help then was sent and email saying it was resolved when it was three- four days after it was to be”

“I popped into a well known car spares shop to buy a battery for my car. When the discount code I tried to use didn't work (batteries were excluded!), the assistant pointed me to the Car Parts 4 Less website. I was able to order the battery, with a 20% discount, from the Car Parts 4 Less websiite whilst still in the shop and collected the battery immediately”

“The issue is picking up parts from Euro Car Parts. Why is there only 1 person working the counter? This has been at both Milton Keynes & Northampton. Always a line to the door, last time waited 30 min to just collect the part I ordered the day before. Very bad service, getting as bad as Halfords!”

“Ordered brembo brake pads for my car.Put reg in on site so you would would think the results would be for your car.Picked up parts next day and receipt specified my car.Took time out to take my car to garage for fitting and was told by fitter they were the wrong pads .Not only did I waste my time but the fitters also.He was good enough not to charge me.Will get the garage to source in future as it was a false economy buying this way,certainly from europarts/carparts4less”
