“The parts were not delivered on time, despite my paying extra for a 1hour DPD time slot. This was my first order with CarPartsForLess The goods ordered were fine, however the fact that the DPD driver arrived within the time window, turned his van around in the car park outside and left without even getting out spoil's the experience with CarParts4less. Late delivery, late job completion, end user unhappy. Such a trivial thing compounds. Reputations take ages to create and a moment to lose.”

“Same People as Eurocarparts, but better priced compared to EurocarParts who seem to have given up on the discount codes they used to do. If collecting from a Eurocarparts store you just have to wait a day so plan ahead”

“Wrong parts, had to pay for the right ones in full and wait for a refund. I was over charged £30 for new parts as advisor said my discount code wouldn't apply. I checked and it did so I was told to buy again and wait for another refund. Never again”

“Placed my order on a weekend and my confirmation said they order would be ready for collection by the following Wednesday. I was unable to collect until the following Sunday. When I went to collect the 6 items I was told that one of the items hadn't arrived and would be in on the Monday. I was surprised that assistant went on to tell me that the air filter hadn't come in but would be available at 930 the following morning. I had made a special journey to collect the items as the service was booked in for the Tuesday, I asked to speak to a manager but was told there was no one available but Luke would be there the next day when I collected the air filter. When I went to collect I asked to speak to Luke but was told that he was on annual leave and there was no one else available. The guy promised that Luke would call me as soon as he was back in store. I am still waiting for the call.”
