“Great competitive prices but the collection process has always been very slow. ( EUROCARPARTS Chester branch) There is only one person to deal with the front counter and if there are 1 or 2 people in the queue it takes an age. It is not the person servings fault, there needs to be at least 2, even if it is one to do the picking so the other can deal with the customers.”

“Ordered a rear exhaust as per the compatibility guide on the website, and upon fitting found the part was incorrect for the vehicle. Customer services ordered a replacement for next day delivery, however an exact credit exchange couldn't be possible and had to buy the exhaust again, only to be credited afterwards, which we are still waiting for. Website needs to show correct compatibility for vehicle that actually guarantees a matched product to car/van”

“Took 45 minutes from entering the store to collect a parcel. Never waited that long for any purchase let alone just a collection. 6 customers waiting, 1 person on the till, who kept dissappearing to check things. Didnt have 45 minutes to waste on a collection and will not be ordering again. Product itself is good as of now.”
