“Tom Pattinson was brilliant from the initial phone conversation to the time the money was forwarded to the dealership and I collected my new car. As with other reviews I would like to point out Tom exlained the options very well, answered all my questions, showed great knowledge and enthusiasm and was professional and courteous at all times. The finance rate was half what I had been quoted by Audi!. Won't hesitate to return to Tom at Capital Car Finance in 2 years time and more importantly recommended to everyone looking to buy new or 2nd hand. Thanks Tom.”

“Tom Pattinson dealt with my request for finance. He was very responsive; explained the products available extremely well; fielded all my questions displaying a good knowledge of the sector and process; was patient with me and professional and courteous at all times. The finance rate that Tom secured was half the rate I had been quoted by the dealership I was buying the car from. The approval process was very quick and to my surprise, the payment to the dealer was arranged on the same day as the request for finance was made to the lender! A superb service from Capital Car Finance LTD, and Tom is a credit to the business.”

“Its actually very Hard to find a decent finance company who offer specialist PCP and LP deals, the dealers offer crazy high finance on these type of deals and don't offer you the best solution. From initial email enquiry in the evening, to have an instant personal reply was re assuring, and to be able to have excellent personal advise and service is invaluable in most businesses. Tom looked after my deal and not only dealt with it personally, but also chased it through to enable a deal to be done in less than two days. Excellent service would use again and highly recommend.”

“I found the car I wanted and needed to arrange finance quickly. Looking around the internet only one company stood out - Capital Finance - so I contacted them. Tom gave me a firm quote over the phone which helped me get everything rolling with dealer. The whole finance transaction went through smoothly; I received documents from Tom via email and returned them signed within a couple of hours. Tom and his team dealt with the dealer and, by 10:30 am the next day, everything was completed. I cannot thank Tom and his team enough for the smooth, hassle-free experienc and the really good interest rate which was far less than the dealership.”

“I found Capital Car Finance via Google after the dealership had quoted me on a new car purchase. Tom called me and explained the process, he was brilliant - polite, knowledgable and professional. We had to wait a few weeks as there was a delay at the dealership, however CCF were very patient and once the time came they dealt with the paperwork and liaison with the dealership very efficiently. CCF will be my first call if I require finance for my next car purchase!”

“Whole process was smooth, and super easy. Got an indicative quote using the website, but James managed to get me an excellent deal once I provided more details over the phone (that the dealership couldn't get anywhere near matching). James was proactive in chasing the dealer to provide information, and kept me up to date with progress, managing my expectations in terms of when money will be paid etc (allowing me to arrange a collection date for the car). Would recommend them to others, and will use again when I'm next looking for car finance.”

“Having been quoted finance figures by the dealer that I thought were very competitive I approached Capital Car Finance to see whether they could better the deal on offer. They not only beat the deal the process was much smoother. James' manner, communication as well as patience put me at ease, I changed my mind on the car several times and James' patience never waivered. The whole process took about 5 days mainly due to me changing my mind on vehicles but once I settled on a car the funds were swiftly transferred and I was able to pick up my new car within 2 days. As a result of my dealings with Capital Car Finance I now feel that I have an overall better understanding of the various vehicle financing options and I shall without a shadow of a doubt be coming back when the time comes to change cars.”
