“Saying they have items in stock when they don't, waited 5 days with no updates until I emailed to ask if they were going to be shipped or not. Yes I was offered refund but I'd rather not buy something they don't have and go somewhere they're stocked. Time waste.”

“Well , i bought the 5.10 Canyoneer 3 Boots on July 13th and nine days later i dont have the tracking number of my order , so i dont know how to locate my package . As a client and as a online customer i believe the tracking information is the most important thing once the order has been completed.”
