“What a shambles. Don't order from this company unless you are prepared to accept appalling 'shirty' after sales service. The standard of customer service was so bad that I went from (not unreasonably) asking for a refund of the cost of next day delivery (items haven't turned up today as promised) to feeling like I had no choice but to request a full refund of my order. This company did not deserve my business. Well done Aaron you have lost hundreds of pounds of business for your company. Top marks.”

“I have order A kayak and found out the pump hose was broken and after I told them that they send me another hose but after taking the kayak out to the beach and assembling it found out the puzzle for the sub board is missing. I have sent them couple of emails and no replies. I think I have to go through PayPal money back guarantee.”
