“Incredibly quick delivery, I'd also missed the window for next day delivery, but got a call in the day saying that alternative postage was sorted and I'd receive the next day, which I did. Fantastic communication and customer service, important in these times more than ever!”

“Canoe and Kayak Store is an awesome paddling shop at CIWW - Ronnie's always super friendly and also gives really good advice about kit and kayaking - you can tell he's not trying to push for sales but rather wants to genuinely help people to make the right choices about their paddling gear. Online orders are also really easy and the delivery's always been super fast for the couple of products I've ordered. Products are really good value and often below the standard prices. They also have a wide range of demo boats so its great to go and try out a boat on the whitewater course. I would 100% recommend this shop - great service, great products, and great prices!”

“Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, extremely helpful both in store and over the phone. Prepared to go the extra mile to get you information if they don't have it to hand. Have purchased 2 kayaks, a paddle, dry cag and various other items, all top quality. If you are looking for something, then I can highly recommend the Canoe and Kayak store, it is certainly my first stop if I need new kit.”
