“Customer service was amazing - when I was ordering my dryrobe, their website broke and wouldn’t show the sizes they had available. I spoke to a man on the phone and he managed to fix it right away! Really great service”

“Purchased three Dagger Kayaks, one Katana 9.7 and two Axis10.5, for the kids. Excellent communication and advice plus one of the only retailers that would provide delivery to N.Ireland post Brexit. Really pleased with my purchase and would wholeheartedly recommend. Many thanks to all the team.”

“I ordered a kayak online (that was out of stock everywhere else) on a Sunday. I didn't hear anything the following week, even though it did say it could be up to 14 days so I was starting to worry a bit. I emailed to enquire and almost immediately received a reassuring email and within a few days (and more useful communication from the store), my kayak. Really pleased with the service. Thank you”

“ordered a Dagger Axis 10.4E. website easy to navigate and suggested items align well with my purchase so i decided to purchase the Aqua bound stingray paddle. Thought if I'm spending decent money on a kayak I may as well buy a decent paddle. website transaction went through easily, regarding delivery I could have had it delivered the next working day at a cost or delivered within 5 days for free, I chose the latter. email and call received from the store to organise a suitable day for delivery. Couldn't provide a timeslot as they use a specific courier - not an issue as I work 5 minutes from home. Arrived on the day in the late afternoon. packaged extremely well and items were in good working order....however still to try out on the water but there were no imperfections to items delivered. Will definitely use again for further purchases.”

“The service was exceptional. I had struggled to find the kayak that I wanted anywhere else and they reserved it for me until I was able to make the purchase. Then they contacted me to arrange a suitable delivery date. The kayak was wrapped really well and arrived about a week after I ordered it. I'm really happy with the kayak. Really prompt, efficient service. They went out of their way to be helpful.”
