“Have purchased items both in store and online. Honest and well informed advice on both occasions - not something that is at all common place in the current retail market which seems almost exclusively focussed on simple box shifting Also well priced and good stock (as far as is possible in this COVID world). Thanks”

“Ordered a couple of Palm vector cags. Gave me the option to cancel because of increased demand, covid and that Suez canal incident creating huge delays. Opted to wait as their price couldn't be matched or beaten, hence my choice of using them. Cags eventually arrived and look great and fit perfect. Worth the wait 👍😎 However I'm unable to get out on the water now due to sudden issues that I'm awaiting to get resolved so I just hope they perform as well as they look.”

“I ordered a Palm Peyto PFD quite a few months ago. Unfortunately there were lots of delays in getting it shipped to me, none of them to do with the Canoe & Kayak Store (*cough - Brexit and the rising popularity of water sports in lockdown). They kept me updated all the way along, which is refreshing. Once they got the stock it was sent out really quickly. I would defo buy from them again.”

“I ordered a kayak online (that was out of stock everywhere else) on a Sunday. I didn't hear anything the following week, even though it did say it could be up to 14 days so I was starting to worry a bit. I emailed to enquire and almost immediately received a reassuring email and within a few days (and more useful communication from the store), my kayak. Really pleased with the service. Thank you”
