“Recently purchased an Eckla Explorer 400 canoe trolley from Canoe and Kayak Store, ordered at 3.pm and received it at 9.am the following morning, incredibly fast and efficient service. Unfortunately a small part was missing (Eckla's error), emailed Canoe and Kayak and received reply within 3 minutes and a follow up phone call less than 10 minutes later offering several very acceptable solutions to resolve the issue. Will definitely use them again.”

“I visited the Berkeley store in person, late on a Saturday to purchase a Dagger Stratos 12.5 kayak that I'd already set my mind on owning. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. They were clear and helpful with their advice and by Tuesday afternoon my new kayak was inside my garage at home with everything that I needed regarding accessories. I was given a great price, they drove to the manufacturer to obtain a brand new model and delivered it for free when I lived approx 15 miles away. I was amazed at the response time and service. I would certainly recommend and return to the buy from the company again. I'm VERY happy, well done. The best service possible.”
