“Thanks for your help with our recent purchase of the wenonah Kevlar canoe and equipment We’ve been enjoying our trips on the water the dunking in the Severn on Sunday was interesting our recovery was quick and easier given the light weight of the canoe”

“The C-Tug trolley was recommended by a friend. I had a cheaper trolley which was rubbish. It's great and has opened up new adventures to me - but I started off with a simple 10 minute drag from my house to Dunbar harbour and back via various pubs and cafes.”

“What a shambles. Don't order from this company unless you are prepared to accept appalling 'shirty' after sales service. The standard of customer service was so bad that I went from (not unreasonably) asking for a refund of the cost of next day delivery (items haven't turned up today as promised) to feeling like I had no choice but to request a full refund of my order. This company did not deserve my business. Well done Aaron you have lost hundreds of pounds of business for your company. Top marks.”

“We visited the store a while ago, looking at kayaks and the owner/staff were really helpful, giving lots of advice without pushing. We recently bought paddle floats from them and their price was good and delivery fast and problem free. Well pleased and will use again.”

“Wow, that was quick. Ordered about 2pm in the afternoon and the postie knocked on the door before 9am the next day. Living in the Highlands I'm not expecting to get something delivered this fast and with no extra cost. The shop is using Royal Mail, so I don't pay extra for the delivery into my parts of the woods. I had a question a day to the product and got a thorough answer the next working day.”
