“Great service. I telephone to order my goods and received prompt and helpful service. The shorts were out of stock and I was uncertain about what size to order, so ordered two pairs. I was kept well informed about delivery times. Once in stock the shorts arrived promptly and she. I returned the unwanted pair the refund was processed the following day. All in all excellent service.”

“Unbelievable service provided by Canoe & Kayak. Was looking for two kayaks and all accessories and was having trouble sourcing - in fact I was struggling to get any of the ‘main group’ of stores to answer my queries. Not so with Canoe & Kayak - managed two separate phone calls where I was met with friendly advice. Ordered everything at 13.55 on Tuesday and it all arrived here in Scotland at 10.30 on Thursday morning. Shipping cost was only £10… others are charging between £40-£120 per kayak!! We had an absolute blast at the weekend to end our holiday. Thanks so much to the staff at Canoe & Kayak. I can’t recommend them highly enough.”

“So this is the second Select bent shift carbon fibre X.TR mk2 Touring Paddle I have purchased from Canoe & Kayak Store. Over the moon with these paddles nice quality and does what it says on the tin! If you are looking for things all canoe/Kayak I would 100% recommend the Canoe & Kayak Store. They offer a quality service and keep you informed with what is happening with your order. In fact the paddle arrived a day earlier than scheduled. Thanks to Aaron and team for the 1st class service they provide!!”

“The C-Tug trolley was recommended by a friend. I had a cheaper trolley which was rubbish. It's great and has opened up new adventures to me - but I started off with a simple 10 minute drag from my house to Dunbar harbour and back via various pubs and cafes.”
