“Dear Customer Service, I paid with a foreign country's ( Hungary) bank account. The payment method wasn't that clear, I had to click on the payment button twice. Plus I could not add my own address as a billing address. But I know that I'm a niche scenario as a customer from a foreign country. Thank you all for your hard work Regards, Lilla”

“Not seen the flowers yet, but tried to order twice via Apple Pay and gave a green tick as if the purchase was made, but the payment didn’t go through and had to check with the recipient (they were supposed to be delivered for a special day). On third attempt paid by PayPal.”

“The site was excellent up to the final payment page. The entry of the credit card details that I was paying with went well; the next page, however, was confusing and seemed to indicate that there was an issue with the card and that an alternative payment source was necessary. This was untrue and clicking on the same box twice initiated the payment sequence. That final page needs a rethink and possibly rethinking.”

“I like the idea of giving to Cancer Research as well as sending a gift of flowers to a friend. I found the web site muddling - seemed to be going round in circles and getting nowhere, spending a lot of time. Just hoping I've managed to send correctly now!”

“I find it confusing that you advertise free delivery but in the pre-payment summary you propose a delivery payment - in my case £8.99. It fixes itself back to the free delivery once the payment page is reached - but nonetheless confusing (for me anyway)!”
