“I ordered flowers to be delivered on 6/4/24 for a 60th birthday. Not only did they not arrive until 9/4/24 but my 2 attempts to contact them have received no acknowledgement or reply.”

“I hope the flowers are good as the process of buying them on this site took so long I have bought many items on line over recent years but this site was so difficult to use it took me too long not likely to use it again”

“I ordered flowers on Saturday for delivery on Tuesday. I received no confirmation and the flowers didn't arrive. I have reordered the flowers to be delivered tomorrow. Still no confirmation so really not sure if my order has gone through or not. Very unsatisfactory to be frank!”

“Terrible bunch of flowers. The roses were dying, and red - not pink as advertised. The lilies were all closed up - there were only two stems of lilies. Most of the lilies were so small I doubt they will ever open up. Only came with 6 roses. The amount of foliage was much less than pictured. If I'd spent £5 I would have been happy - I spent over £25 and I am appalled by the quality. I will be asking for a full refund.”

“The website wouldn’t let me scroll to add my address (on a phone) and then when I returned later in the day to try again it had not removed my item from earlier so I was nearly charged for two! Not a great experience.”
