“It would be helpful if the flowers section can be linked to the online gift shop as I was unable to buy gifts with flowers at the same time”

“Generally well set out website but took some time to realise that black button on right was linked to cookie acceptance and some folk might have given up there. Also, wasn't sure if all flowers had option of added gift such as soft toy, might be helpful to explain this somewhere. Thanks, Kirsty”

“I am a fairly regular user and appreciate the quality of flowers, certainty of delivery and - most of all - the 25% donation to CRUK. However, I think the new website is not as good and more 'clunky' than the previous version.”
