“Having just got the all clear from my consultant, I thought it appropriate to send some flowers to say thank you to my family. The website and ordering was straightforward. I had a problem with the personalised card. I couldn't personalise it or get it to go in the basket. but there was enough space on the free message card to write what I wanted. Other than that, very good. Thank you”

“it would be useful to have the option to list all of the flowers in a list. There only appears to be specific headings such as "birthday" or "thank you". The option of A simple list of all products would help.”
