“Dear Customer Service, I paid with a foreign country's ( Hungary) bank account. The payment method wasn't that clear, I had to click on the payment button twice. Plus I could not add my own address as a billing address. But I know that I'm a niche scenario as a customer from a foreign country. Thank you all for your hard work Regards, Lilla”

“Delighted to find this way to send flowers and help raise money for a very important cause. Easy to use website with a good range of flowers. “Beautiful selection of bouquets for all budgets and occasions. I particularly like the option for a longer personalised message with more than enough characters for that special personal touch. The fresh flowers arrive ready to put in a vase and there is minimal packaging to recycle; much better for the environment and your someone special! Thank you Cancer Research.”

“the flowers are shown well, but the payment page is confusing. You need to make the CONFIRM & MAKE PAYMENT much more obvious in order to take you through to the payment confirmed page.”
