“I cannot fault the staff at Canada Travel at all, they made our holiday so special. We are a family of 5 and we often struggle to find hotels that cater for us to stay in one room and they sorted it all out. I will definitely use them now for all our holidays to Canada and I would recomend them to anyone wishing to travel there. You are all polite, friendly and enthusiastic and you gave us so much advise of thing to do and see. Now all we can say is a big Thank you.”

“Our Travel Adviser Michelle was very helpful and knowledgable in organising our trip to Canada and our itinery. Michelle was able to guide us the on best resorts to visit and the best hotels to stay in. When we asked to vary our time to spend in Vancouver and Victoria she took care of everything and made sure we were happy with the choice of hotels. We would definitely recommend her to our family and friends.”

“I did some really intensive research on line, then approached 4 different travel agencies for details and quotes. Of them all, this company provided the best and most personalised service, and the best overall price. My emails and phone calls were answered quickly and courteously, with all the information I asked for. The agent was extremely well informed and willingly offered all sorts of helpful advice and clarification. I booked a fabulous holiday at a really competitive price. Thank you!”

“The company listens hard. We told them exactly what we wanted, and the company supplied the goods. Canada offers enormous range, and the quality of service in Western Canada should be a World Blueprint. None of our time was wasted, and we' d be delighted to travel this way again.”

“I found that they were very good at sorting out an itinerary for me. I just gave them the places that I wanted to visit, and they emailed me back with an itinerary. I did phone them to sort out the finer details and the lady I dealt with was very helpful, and I was able to book the tour that I wanted to do, on the date which I wanted to travel.I would recommend them, and will use them again.”

“I was very pleased with the service, planning, time taken and detail provided prior to booking, however, once I had booked it all seemed to stop. It was difficult to speak to my consultant and she failed to reply to my e mail enquiry over a major omission from the itinerary. It has still not been resolved to my satisfaction which is not ideal when I am paying in excess of £10,000 for the holiday.”

“My enquiry (via email) was dealt with promptly and following a telephone conversation a detailed personalised itinerary was sent by Laura including photographs which was very helpful. after contacting friends who decided to join us on the holiday the booking with Laura was straightforward and the documentation was sent promptly and was accurate. All contact with the company has been excellent. Following further conversation with another couple of friends about the holiday they decided to join us. Contact was made and they too were impressed with the professional manner in which their enquiry was dealt with. I would recommend the company. I hope our holiday is just as good!”

“Although we haven't travelled yet I have been very impressed by the professional nature of the company. From my initial enquiry I was provided with a superb itinerary, accompanied by helpful notes and suggestions. Adjustments and upgrades were all my easy. Hotels all had good reviews and we were pleased with the choice. Particular praise should be given to your consultant, Natalie Stewart, who has been, most helpful, professional, effective and lovely personality, whenever contacted.”
