“It was such a relief to find a knowledgeable person from a company that does Land Content only. Sophie is brilliant and absolutely nothing was a problem or a silly suggestion! “I have just booked a holiday via your company. The sales consultant, Brian Walker, was the most helpful and affable person I have ever dealt with. My booking comprised of people from both the UK and the USA and I had a couple of queries which Brian managed to answer after a little research. During his research he had to ring someone else and was awaiting a return call. He did, however, keep me informed of the situation so I didn't feel as is I had been forgotten. Your pricing is excellent and I would not have done better by going direct . All in all it was a very positive experience.”

“Brian was such a great help! He sorted out my Rocky Mountaineer train from Vancouver to Banff, found fabulous hotels in both places at good prices, and made sure I had all the right transfers for my trip. He was very caring and intuitive and knew exactly what I was after. He responded speedily to my questions and he made the whole booking process so easy. I will certainly use Canada Travel Specialists again! Thank you for excellent service!”

“We talked about making a tour of Canada as part of our post retirement plans but we’re a little unsure about what to include and how to go about things in a sensible and comprehensive way. By chance and our good fortune Brian at Canada Travel Specialists picked up our call. He was absolutely superb. He listened patiently to our rough outline, made fantastic suggestions of his own and in the space of a few hours the whole 3 week trip came together - with flights, hotel, cruise, Niagara Falls tour and a scenic train journey across the rockies all arranged. He took all the pressure from us, I highly recommend him. Huge thanks.”
