“What a pleasant surprise! the phone was answered by Adler Toal, in quick time. this lady is a brilliant sales person. She listens, answers the questions with a knowledge few could match. she shows empathy, and is fully understanding. Adler, has a pleasant voice, and is easy to understand, nothing is too much. Adler is a credit to her profession, and to Canada Travel Specialists. with these attributes, i found booking my holiday , was fun and enjoyable, and would highly recommend to anyone thinking of travelling to Canada. A very happy customer.”

“Adla was so helpful, patient and professional I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She was patient and kind and went out of her way to help us plan a holiday of a lifetime which we have been wanting to do for so long. She took all the stress out of trying to figure out the best deals and still include everything we wanted to do. “Sophie King was a really pleasant person to deal with and gave us extra information on our booked trip to Canada and offered different ways to do it. We never felt pressured at any stage on deciding and it wasn’t a problem for her to look at alternative flights that would suit us better. All in all a great experience.”

“I am delighted with the excellent service received from Canada Travel Specialists. Sophie King is extremely knowledgeable and worked really hard to put together a bespoke itinerary for our bucket list trip to Canada, incorporating Toronto, Niagara Falls, Calgary Stampede., Banff, a trip on the Rocky Mountaineer, Vancouver and an Alaska cruise. Sophie was endlessly patient putting the perfect trip together and responding repeatedly and quickly to my many requests for different options and worked hard to find us the best deals and ensuring best value for money. I highly recommend this company for trips to Canada.”

“I have just booked a holiday via your company. The sales consultant, Brian Walker, was the most helpful and affable person I have ever dealt with. My booking comprised of people from both the UK and the USA and I had a couple of queries which Brian managed to answer after a little research. During his research he had to ring someone else and was awaiting a return call. He did, however, keep me informed of the situation so I didn't feel as is I had been forgotten. Your pricing is excellent and I would not have done better by going direct . All in all it was a very positive experience.”

“Brian was such a great help! He sorted out my Rocky Mountaineer train from Vancouver to Banff, found fabulous hotels in both places at good prices, and made sure I had all the right transfers for my trip. He was very caring and intuitive and knew exactly what I was after. He responded speedily to my questions and he made the whole booking process so easy. I will certainly use Canada Travel Specialists again! Thank you for excellent service!”
