“Only discovered your website recently and have been really impressed with the value, packaging and customer service. Royal Mail caused a two week delay with one parcel which wasn’t Campus Gifts’ fault but when I called customer service, was really pleased with the helpful and polite response. Will definitely order from you in future!”

“Ordered items, status is shipped and has been for weeks. When asked where the ordered item was we were told shipped doesn’t mean it’s been shipped it just means it’s being processed. Still no idea when we will receive our items”

“Bought three items to give for Xmas presents. Happy with purchases,( not given out yet) . Package arrived very well wrapped and posted out quickly. Prices for items cheaper than I’d seen elsewhere. Would definitely use this company again.”

“Products were lovely as expected by jelly at but very poorly packaged and squished together. When buying a jelly at product you usually get a nice gift bag and this was not the case. A bit disappointed as these products are not cheap.”

Hello, thank you for your review, i am sorry that you were disappointed with the packaging of your order. We use the recyclable grey postage bags for all the soft toys that we send rather than sending them in boxes . We unfortunately don't send the Jellycat toys in the branded bags as Jellycat do not supply us with these , they are only available if you order from them directly. “I’m still waiting for my delivery which was despatched on 29 November. Can’t fault the company as communication has been good. Royal Mail have been inundated with parcels due to the lockdown so I need to be patient. A tad disappointed as the items ordered were Christmas gifts.”
