“Absolutely beautiful item jelly cat Robin ,I gave it my daughter as she keeps seeing Robins in her tree as she sits in her lounge and reminds her of her late nan Rose .When I gave it her she cried she said it was so soft and beautiful she is going sit it in her baby boys nursery who is due in Feb. Super fast delivery and well tracked would deffinately recommend”

“Ordered a crimson jellycat santa for my sons first christmas. Really dissapointed on receipt that the wrong item had arrived and no ability for this to be changed as they had ran out of stock. The lady from customer services was very apologetic and pleasant, however no good will gesture given and I now have to print out returns labels and post the item back in order to get a refund when the error was not mine.”

Hello, Thank you for your review. We are very sorry that the Santa does not look the same as the one shown on our website with the plain red velvet bow and you have received a Santa with a sparkly bow, regrettably, Jellycat have changed the design. We have of course sent you a pre-paid returns label and customer return request form, please send this back whenever you feel safe to do so. “I'm always a bit wary ordering online from a company I don't know, but was happy i did. Items were a good price - jellycat products were slightly cheaper than the jellycat website, and had a good range in stock. All arrived in time for xmas as promised”
