“I ordered a Jellycat Panda from Campus because their prices are so competitive. Unfortunately they sent me the wrong Panda 🐼 so I contacted them to explain. The assistant was extremely apologetic and sent out the correct panda which I received the next day in time for my sons birthday. They also sent a prepaid envelope to return the first one. I am really happy with the product, the price I paid and the service I got. Thank you.”

“This was for a baby. No protective wrapping round the puppy, creased jellycat labels, just a tatty bit of torn tissue. Looked ready for the charity shop. Very disappointing.”

“I was a bit nervous as I hadn’t used this company before. But I must say it was brilliant service, I ordered on a Monday and it was here the same week on the Thursday. I was very pleased with the item I bought for one of our granddaughters for her birthday. Would definitely recommend and use again if needed to.”

Hello, thank you for your review. I am very sorry that you feel that we wasted your time. As explained, as our Jellycat is in short supply and high demand, most items are limited to 2 per customer, however, there are a few exceptions as some in very short supply are limited to 1 per customer. We try to be fair to all our customers to give everyone a chance to own some of the most popular designs. As you ordered 2 toast bags, limited to 1 per customer, we cancelled 1 from your order and refunded. “I will be using campus gifts again in the future. I have already used them about six times already they are cheaper than a lot of places. There packaging is very very good. You have your goods within a few days and are notified when delivery will take place.”

“We’ve bought lots of things from CampusGifts in their sale, always very good value and quality, delivery is nearly always earlier than expected, had a problem with one item ordered recently as it arrived damaged, customer service was exceptional, contacted them late at night, had a reply the following morning, issue was resolved and replacement received the following day. Great service and will definitely use again, many thanks.”
