“Updates regarding my item were sent regularly throughout, from purchase stage through to delivery. I therefore knew when the parcel was going to be delivered. Parcel was fragile and this was noted on the box by a distinctive sticker. The inside of the box was full of good quality packaging to ensure no damages to my item during delivery.”

“Item arrived in time and was as seen on website. The only issue I have is how it was packaged. The soft toy was bent into a strange shape to make it as small as possible for posting, which has left it a bit ‘deformed’ since. Not sure there was any need for it to be packaged as tightly as it was really?”

“I have had to purchase several of thes toys, however I could not find the small one. This is the only one that my Grandson will accept,and now finally we have a spare. This is a cute little toy and to see my Grandson hug and give him a love (he has had the small one since he was 4 months old, just celebrated his first birthday) is heartwarming.”
