“I ordered a Jellycat Panda from Campus because their prices are so competitive. Unfortunately they sent me the wrong Panda 🐼 so I contacted them to explain. The assistant was extremely apologetic and sent out the correct panda which I received the next day in time for my sons birthday. They also sent a prepaid envelope to return the first one. I am really happy with the product, the price I paid and the service I got. Thank you.”

“This was for a baby. No protective wrapping round the puppy, creased jellycat labels, just a tatty bit of torn tissue. Looked ready for the charity shop. Very disappointing.”

“I was a bit nervous as I hadn’t used this company before. But I must say it was brilliant service, I ordered on a Monday and it was here the same week on the Thursday. I was very pleased with the item I bought for one of our granddaughters for her birthday. Would definitely recommend and use again if needed to.”

Hello, thank you for your review. I am very sorry that you feel that we wasted your time. As explained, as our Jellycat is in short supply and high demand, most items are limited to 2 per customer, however, there are a few exceptions as some in very short supply are limited to 1 per customer. We try to be fair to all our customers to give everyone a chance to own some of the most popular designs. As you ordered 2 toast bags, limited to 1 per customer, we cancelled 1 from your order and refunded.
