“My campus gifts order arrived well packed and in good time, but I was disappointed in the Muffin cat squishie beanie. The stitching on this item looked poor, and it wasn't as nice as I'd hoped. I contacted Campus gifts, and asked if I could return it for a refund. They assured me it was fine, and all the 'Pandas' looked like that?? I explained that if I'd seen the stitching on the beanie cat in a shop, I wouldn't have bought it, but they refused to refund unless I paid for the return postage, which I ended up doing, and cost nearly as much as the beanie? I wasn't impressed with their unhelpful customer service, so I would be wary of ordering from them again.”

“Poorly packaged parcel. The Jellycat Pizza was put in tissue paper and placed inside a soft plastic envelope with no support. It arrived crumpled up in almost a ball shape. Very disappointing.”

“This shop just cancelled my order because I infringed their limit per person unintentionally. There were no signs at checkouts or at my shopping cart to warn me about this. I mean, if there had these limits, why don’t you just stop me from proceeding to checkouts. Not everyone is gonna read your long T&C before purchasing. Sign… would not consider buying from here anymore”

“Jelly Cat never disappoints.But the Royal Mail is totally abismal.Was 4 days and the post person tried to jam Amusable Snowball in my letter box,never even rang the bell.It felt soft to him …which is no excuse to squash him half in a run away !!!Very pleased with Campus gifts as the Snow balls were hard to find.Thank you.”
