“terrible had to get a full refund for all my orders some they didnt even have”

“No issues. Only point is that the bunny I bought was wrapped in a plastic bag and I m not sure if it was recyclable. If it is, then would be good to make that very clear as the invoice does for the cartboard boxes. It may have been better protected if in a box”
