The reason I only gave campusgifts 3 stars was that their packaging let them down. Toy wasn't in a separate bag before being placed into the outer bag and it was ripped. You could see the fluff of the toy which could of got dirt onto it in transit. Everything should be well sealed before the postman gets it and if there is a burst in the bag at least the goods inside are kept clean. Love my gifts on a positive note. Would order again.

Hello, Thank you for your review, i am sorry that the outer shipping bag was open when it arrived. All our orders are sealed before dispatch so our apologies that the bag was ripped in transit on this occasion, however, i am pleased to hear that the Jellycat items that have arrived are a success. kind regards, Rebecca @ customer service

I really like the toy I received, but I don’t understand why it didn’t come with the original Jellycat dust bag. I am a little disappointed with this

Received my Jellycat toys today and doesn't came with the Jellycat dustbag! I bought 4 toys and none of them have the original dustbag! Very disappointed !

Unfortunately the print on some of the coasters was poor and looked faded e.g. Random Hedgehog. A friend had got me one and colours were much brighter

Products were lovely as expected by jelly at but very poorly packaged and squished together. When buying a jelly at product you usually get a nice gift bag and this was not the case. A bit disappointed as these products are not cheap.

Hello, thank you for your review, i am sorry that you were disappointed with the packaging of your order. We use the recyclable grey postage bags for all the soft toys that we send rather than sending them in boxes . We unfortunately don't send the Jellycat toys in the branded bags as Jellycat do not supply us with these , they are only available if you order from them directly. Nice gifts with very quick dispatch. Ordered two items, on delivery one was the wrong item. This was quickly resolved and the correct item delivered promptly. Annoyingly though I have to post the the incorrect item back. I understand this but it does mean that I have to take time to go to the local post office which in Covid times is not ideal.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you are unhappy with our delivery time. I can see that your order placed on 27th was dispatched on 29th. We aim to dispatch all Standard Delivery orders within 1 working day of being placed, but at particularly busy periods this may take up to 2 working days, as this was the end of our Winter Sale . Having checked our Royal Mail tracking i can see that the parcel arrived on 31st, standard delivery is expected to arrive in 2-5 working days,therefore on this occasion the parcel arrived within the estimated delivery time.With regards to poor shop usability, we aim to make our website quick and easy to use, if this was not your experience, please can i kindly ask you to email more details to us at customerservice@campusgifts.co.uk Kind regards, Rebecca @ customer service

The quality of the lamp wasn't great. The paint work has already rubbed off but the watermelon amuseable was top quality! Such a shame its gone up in price.

Looking at your order, I can see that the order was placed on December 1st and was dispatched on December 3rd with your chosen standard delivery service. The item was then delivered two days later on December 5th. As per the terms on our site, we aim to dispatch all Standard Delivery orders within 1 working day of being placed, but at particularly busy periods this may take up to 2 working days. Standard delivery then takes 2-5 working days to arrive. We aim to dispatch all standard orders withing 2 days and then once dispatched Royal Mail has an expected delivery of 2-5 working days (this excludes weekends). I can confirm that we received your order on Wednesday 6th November at 9pm and this was dispatched in the morning on Friday 8th and was delivered on Monday 11th. The Jellycat Bashful Bats are great and were good value but the packages was very damaged when they arrived l, to the extent that the toys could have easily been stolen or fallen out.
