“Products were marks therefore i asked for a refund - emails were responded to very quickly regarding returning the items.”

“I paid the extra for gift wrapping which looked very nice however the writing on the gift card was appalling. Luckily the card was not attached so I could just throw that bit away”

“The product looked exactly like the picture however when it arrived, it had a few slight marks on the front and back. I could not sent the product back as there was not enough time however if I was buying this product in a shop I would have picked up another one instead!”

“Ordered a wallet and was sent a teacup. But issue was resolved promptly and professionally so can't fault them on that. Wallet arrived the next day after sending proof of receiving teacup and a copy of the delivery note”

“Ordered 02.12.15. Good delivery time. Very well packed. One item damaged. Easily accessable contact details. No problems agreeing to replacement. Asked for photo of damage to be sent. Same sent stat. Replacement not arrived yet so can't say order complete. Will re-review once received.”

“Good service but the cost of postage doubled the gift price. So if it hadn't been specifically requested I would not have purchased.”

Dear Hayley, Thank you for your feedback. We do try our best to keep our postage prices low, and currently offer free delivery on UK orders over £40. However, the costs to us mean that our UK delivery charges are a fixed price and not dependent on the size of the parcel. While this benefits a lot of our customers, regrettably it does mean that postage costs are proportionally larger if making a smaller purchase. Nonetheless, as with many aspects of CampusGifts.co.uk, we are constantly assessing our available options and prices and looking for ways in which we can improve the service that we offer our customers, and your feedback contributes greatly to that process.
