“For some reason my attempted purchase online didn't go through but when I phoned CampusGifts the next day a member of staff sorted it out there and then. Excellent! When the Edward Monkton mugs & coasters I'd ordered arrived; they had obviously been carefully packaged and all arrived without a mark on them.”

“I received absolutely brilliant customer service from Campus gifts!! I telephoned customer services in search of 2 items that were showing out of stock online. I spoke to Tim who went above and beyond. He managed to locate the items I was after in one of the stores and had them sent to him, before shipping it on to me. The items arrived well packed. Just perfect! Thank you so much Tim for all your help. I have since recommended you to lots of friends and will definitely be shopping here in future. Brilliant company!”

“I can say the customer service and refund process is very efficient. However, the gift I ordered was awful, very tatty and dirty. This was a gift for a special birthday, I was so very disappointed, but they did respond positively and the refund in full was very quick without question.”
