“Nice gifts with very quick dispatch. Ordered two items, on delivery one was the wrong item. This was quickly resolved and the correct item delivered promptly. Annoyingly though I have to post the the incorrect item back. I understand this but it does mean that I have to take time to go to the local post office which in Covid times is not ideal.”
