Genuine product, but over priced compared to other sites and shops for example.. I could have saved £8 shopping elsewhere

Good morning, Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you are unhappy with the price you paid for the Row of Bows Perfume & Nail Polish. This is a set of three, which is why the price is higher. Good morning, Thank you for your review. I am very sorry to hear that your order has not yet arrived. Unfortunately, we are unable to track parcels dispatched with Airmail, however I can see that your order was dispatched on 24/11/2018. Parcels sent with Airmail are expected to arrive within 10-14 working days. As today is the 8th working day, your parcel is very likely to still be on its way to you and you should receive it soon. I've had this pen before (store bought) and it's beautiful. Unfortunately, the ink ran out on this one within 20 mins of using it. I know I can buy refills for it but was hoping I wouldn't have to do that for a while yet.

I ordered odell octopus for my little sis as it was her birthday n i ordered it to go to my mums so it goes straight to my sister but they sent out oli octopus instead. I got in contact with them and they sorted it out straight away. And sent out correct one. N we returned the other one😊

Item arrived promptly however the plush toy was poorly packaged in an oversized Jiffy bag with no other protection/ bagging and it had been allowed to get wet at some point, item arrived in a rather bedraggled state.

It looks alright but it’s a gift for someone so I hope they like it. On the down side I’m fed up with paying over the top postage prices

Good afternoon, Thank you fort your feedback. I apologise that the postage fees are too high and this therefore adds a downside to placing an order with us. The carriage charge that we apply to the orders additionally is not just to cover the postage for the order. It is charged to ensure that the correct packaging materials can be used to make sure , for instance in the case of the Man tin you ordered, arrives undented. Unfortunately at the moment we are not able to reduce or change the delivery options available to you. We are small family run business based in Buckinghamshire, UK. This sadly means that we are unable to lower our posting and packing fees in line with other retailers as we do not have the volume of orders that they would. Hello Kay, thank you for your review, i am very sorry that your order was not delivered. Unfortunately the parcel has been returned to us by Royal Mail as it was unable to be delivered, and was then held at your local sorting office for collection . After being held there for 18 days, as sadly the parcel was not claimed, it was sent back to us on 13th January. On 13th January we refunded £4.99 to you for the apron, the refund is expected to show as a credit in your account within working days. Mug too small - it was to replace a previous one that got broken and is different, about half the size. The delivery time was over 7 days and I had to pay for it which is not usual now when buying on-line. So altogether not a very successful on-line experience.

On our websites we usually provide the dimensions and capacity of each mug shape for ease of selection when ordering, however i can see that this information is regrettably missing from the description of the two Edward Monkton mugs your ordered, please accept my apologies for the omission, i will of course bring this to the attention of our marketing team to rectify. If you would like to return the mugs to us, please contact our customer service on 01494 790424 or email customerservice@campusgifts.co.uk and on this occasion we can provide you with a a pre-paid returns label. With regards to the delivery time, your order placed with us on 26th November was dispatched on 28th by standard delivery, this is a very reliable service and Royal Mail advise that parcels are expected to arrive within 5 working days. Everything fine apart from the way the bag I ordered was packaged. It was folded in half which has left a fold mark on the bag now because of the type of material it is. Its a present so a little bit annoyed. Couldnt be bothered with the hassle of sending it back n risking it been marked again

Products I bought , I'm very happy with..........but delivery a let down.(Ordered on a Friday) Marked as "dispatched"(Sat.) but told hadn't been collected till the Monday. Delivered following Friday but I was out ,so then had to collect on the Monday at my sorting office. Maybe a courier with tracking might be better?

Hello Dawn, Thank you for your feedback, Your parcel was dispatched on 25th but not collected until Monday 27th (as we do not have collections over the weekend) with using our standard delivery service (delivered by Royal Mail) and is then expected to arrive in 2 - 5 working days, delivery was attempted on the Friday, within the advised delivery schedule .We do also offer a next working day courier service for £6.99, we have taken on board your comments about the dispatch email confirmation and will look into changing this to reflect the Royal Mail collections. Although the items we received were very good, one item which was shown as in stock was not and therefore was not delivered. I believe it now to be discontinued and we are unlikely to get one ("Cow of Kindness" oven glove to match chef apron)
