“I was surprized, I received a manual that I thought was too small and I thought that the size that OTC prints I just have to accept it but every time I read it I could not do it comfortably. So I wrote that I wore glasses and did OTC print anything larger than this. Someone got back to me with in a day and let me know that OTC would gladly print a larger copy fot me. I thought I would have to wait at least 1 week or more. But no , I looked in my mail today and it was a larger size and I can read it, thank you it was very kind of you to sand a arger copy and so quick”
