“Pretty useless because of the way it is subdivided. A single PDF file that included all of the text that is in the clumsy format that Sony uses would have at least been more useful since one could do a computer search directly with a keyword. Also any manual without some kind of index can't be of much use. I realize that these criticisms should be more directed at Sony than at you.”

“Delivery updates were provided and the package arrived earlier than anticipated. Great communication from this company. The booklet arrived as described and in excellent form. Nothing sloppy or missing from the 341 pages. Definitely order the ring binder. I will admit it was a wee bit smaller than I thought, but word is absolutely clear.”
