Hello Unfortunately the copier broke down and we had to wait for a part. We did email and explain this. The copier was fixed and your order was posted out on the 15th October and on checking delivered on the 16th. Normally we would like to send the orders out within 12 business hours but just sometimes things out of our control puts a spanner in the works. We are so sorry for the delay.

Hello We emailed to explain the copier was broken. Unfortunately we had to wait for a part. The copier is up and running and your order was posted on the 15th October and on checking it had been delivered by Royal mail on the 16th October.

Hello We emailed you to explain the copier had broken. This was only fixed this Monday just gone 18Th October. Unfortunately when the copier breaks we have to rely on engineers to come and fix it. This time we had to wait for a part from Canon. The order was posted on the 15th October

“I have not read the manual in its entirety. However, I found it somewhat more difficult to read than my other manual for my SLR camera. I found the print too light and a bit smaller. Maybe this is the reason for not desiring to continue reading. Thank you. Angela Andretta Hopefully this will be of some help.”

“Still not got the manual although it has been paid for… Manual has now arrived 16 October and it's an ideal size for reading so much appreciated. I know you had issues with printing but if this was communicated before sending asking for a review of the book that I never had wasn't great it would have eased frustration. Thanks again”

Hello We would agree with you on this matter. Unfortunately we can not alter the manual this would be down to the manufacturer Sony as it is their manual.
