“I WASN'T SATISFY AT ALL, BECAUSE AFTER SHIPOMENT YOU DIDN'T CARE FOR FALLOW UP AND EVEN DIDN'T REPLY TO EMAIL WAS SENT FROM COSTOM OF CANADA, I RECEIVED MY ORDER THAT WAS URGENT AFTER AMOST A MONTH.”

We completely understand your frustration, especially with the delay in shipping and our failure to respond to your email. Unfortunately, we had a technical issue at the time that prevented some customer emails from coming through, but this has since been resolved. Regarding the shipping delay, it seems that customs caused an unexpected hold-up, which extended the usual delivery time.
