“The service was fantastic, the wood briquettes less so. I have got them before and they were good but the new wood source means they are much more crumbly and burn much faster, so are poorer value for money. I also got some logs which are not easy to burn at all, though very dry.”

“I cannot thank Calido enough for their amazing response to my desperate help for a load of logs just before Christmas. I contacted a local company beforehand, but no joy. I have to say that the guy that delivered the crate went well out of his way to place the crate as close as physically possible to my side gate. I will certainly purchase from Calido again. The logs burn amazingly well.”

“Very good service as usual from Calido. We already had an empty pallet so decided to get a bulk bag. This filled around 60% of the pallet with enough wood for the winter. Great moisture content and prompt delivery.”

“These guys know their stuff. Sorted us out with an awesome stove, plenty of kiln dried birch logs and installed in time for Xmas. The only drawback is, we have not moved from it. Transformed our cold house into a snug pleasant place to sit on the coldest days in just tee shirts. Thanks for sorting us out.”
