“Good wood, well packaged, and rolled nicely into garage. Only complaint, they cannot tell you when they will be delivering in the day, and this means you have to stay in all day?? Surely they could indicate a rough time slot, am or pm?”

“Saw advert in ‘Love Local Mag’ so drove out to the industrial estate in Throsk. Very friendly & knowledgeable: they have a large range of logs/briquettes to choose from (as well as stoves) - the pros/cons of each type were explained. Bought a pallet of briquettes, delivered next morning. Excellent service.”

“Unbelievably good, just as our stove installer promised. I was struggling to get our large stove to a high enough temperature...1st burn with Calido ash it got there quickly and each log seemed to burn forever. Very impressed”

“Excellent service.....simple to order, good communication, and delivered when expected. I have used these ‘Hotties’ before and won’t burn anything else in my Woodburner. Simple to stack, easy to light, and barely any ashes to remove, plus the benefit of every log is the same.......no mixed batches like ordinary logs and not knowing if you’re getting the weight you’ve paid for! Highly recommend.”

“Problem was a day late got text to say would be here between 7 and 9 am arrived at 2 30 pm load partly off pallet had to be unloaded by hand but had no pallet truck anyway driver said he must have left it somewhere not great n Brown”
