“The order and delivery process was flawless. On the day of the delivery we received a time slot from the pallet delivery company and the delivery time we were given was spot on. Pallet lorry reversed right up our gravel driveway and offloaded the pallet right by our log store. With regards to the product can’t fault the logs. Kiln dried birch wood logs which are the hottest burning logs we have had for a long time. Delivered in net bags made for easy storage. Overall great service and will 100% continue to use Calido Logsfor our logs going forward.”

“1st time ordering, easy to do online. Communication was good regarding delivery. Came on time as per texts . Driver of lorry was really good and helpful where he put the pallet off wood . Thanks Calido will be ordering again . Great quality of wood and service”

“I ordered our new Hamlet 5 Wide Screen Stove on the recommendation of our fitter, it hasn’t disappointed. I placed our order over the phone and the transaction went efficiently. Calido gave us a delivery date five days from the day ordered, we were kept informed every step of the way by their courier (Palletline) who delivered on the date and the time slot thier driver informed us of. Can’t say much else other than to say this company left us with a warm feeling.”

“All went well, except that the notification prior to delivery didn’t arrive so time was wasted for the driver who had to wait until a key for the entrance gate was obtained. Then everything was slick and pallet unloaded almost where I wanted. Snow and ice prevented an even closer drop point. Thoroughly pleased”
