“Fantastic, old fashioned, customer service from Calido, John helped me make an informed decision on my outdoor stove purchase including the right fuel to burn and how to light it correctly first time everytime. I was shown all its features and given a comprehensive run down of do's and don'ts to keep my new stove working perfectly.”

“We have been looking at one of the Chesneys Heat and Grills for some time now. After speaking to John, who was extremely helpful, we decided on the Heat and Grill as we wanted to replace a gas BBQ and a fire pit. The delivery by Palletline was straight forward, the Heat and Grill turned up on the scheduled date and the friendly driver wheeled it as close to where we wanted it as he could. All in all a very pleasant experience. I believe John is the owner and you can tell he takes great pride in his business, he certainly provided us with a more friendly, helpful and professional service than offered elsewhere.”

“Bought sample packs of 2 types of logs and also peat briquettes. This is a brill service as new to outdoor heating and wasn’t sure what to buy. The peat was great, lasted ages and gave the the most wonderful smell, reminded me of my childhood. Great service, thanks”
