“I ordered a half pallet of Pine kay briquettes which arrived as promised within a few days. I have ordered briquettes from calido for several years now and have found them to be helpful, friendly and efficient. I have no reason to stop using them in future”

“Full pallet load of Calido Wood Briquettes delivered on time having received an email 2 days before from Calido saying when it would be delivered and a phone call from the very helpful Palletways driver in the morning of the delivery day giving 2 hours notice of when he expected to arrive.”

“Delivery was as promised on the time slot allotted logs seem to burn and last well quite happy so far Only glitch we had was order was placed and paid for but kept getting emails saying order not complete so bit worried it was lost in system Won’t bother next time as I realise it was just a computer generated message Overall very satisfied with product and service”

“Hi. Good wood. Good customer service with a redelivery to try and get pallets into the garage. Went the extra mile. For future purchasers, if you want a powered pallet lifter to get over garage ledges etc then please do call John to see if it can be arranged.”
