“It's good to be able to choose a wood type rather than "a mixture"... I opted for Ash in nets, which are easier to move and store... delivery was quick and on time... Happy... Will use again”

“Exemplary service with Great communications from the office and James the delivery driver. Always call us to advise where he is and when he expects to arrive. The logs are always very well stacked/packed and the cling firm wrapping keeps them dry. Great to do business with Thank you Calido Logs. Roy & Janine Macdonald Callander”

“Happy with product but not happy with delivery. I was told it would be on a tail lift lorry and it came on a flat bed. I had great problems with getting someone to unload it.”

“I don't normally take the time to complete these reviews but wanted to say how happy I was with the product I ordered, but actually more about the service from Calido, which was first class from start to finish. The updates provided kept me informed, and for the delivery, the lawnmower was good to go, having been set up by Calido. I will definitely use this company again. Great to see companies like this with a real focus on customer service. Thank you!!”

“Very fast delivery and the night briquettes are amazing, I put 7 briquettes on my stove at 11pm and at 6pm the following day I put some logs on and hey presto my stove is still burning 🔥😁”
