“I have now placed 2 orders with Calido and the service provided has been second to none . I live in the Cotswolds and both orders arrived next day well packaged with regular updates from Calido and their courier regarding order dispatch and delivery time . “Ordered full pallet of Calido Wood Briquettes. Briquettes appear identical to those previously ordered under another name. Delivery on time on the day specified, received a call from the courier to let me know when to expect him. On arrival, he helped manoeuvre the pallet to a safe location off the pavement. All very satisfactory!!”

“The best briquettes on the market, the best customer service from any supplier and delivery drivers that take the pallet on an electric pallet truck up the drive and into my garage, even parking their wagon a distance away on level ground for easy unloading. Cannot recommend anyone better.”

“lovely clean burning logs with great heat output - in fact I am using a lot less fuel than expected as they are "too" hot to pile on, two or three at most is plenty! love them so far, will be back for some oak next time, probably next year!!”

“Tried these because the Verdo heat logs were no longer available, it was stated that these were just as good! Tried them to find out and found they were. Never thought i would find a replacement but this is it. They burn the same as Verdo and last just as long. Thank you Calido!”

“This was our first order and we were very impressed. The website is informative and easy to use. The ordering process is well designed , with plenty of space for delivery instructions and dates available for delivery. The order arrived on the date we chose, 30 minutes after the driver phoned to say he was close. We are very satisfied with the logs too. Great service from Calido and we will use the company again and will recommend.”
