“This is our first order from Calido with a half pallet of logs. So far we have had one fire and are very pleased, you can be sure!”

“I don't normally write reviews, but these stove glass cleaner pads are little short of miraculous. I'd previously worn myself to a frazzle for over half an hour with little result. About 30 seconds of gentle rubbing with a pad and the glass was clean. I couldn't believe it. A brilliant product at a give away price. Thank you very much.”

“Excellent.....Calido now have an new repeat customer! If you are looking to burn briquettes on your stove then don't waste your time looking elsewhere just order these. Easy to order excellent delivery and fantastic product! But don't make the mistake i did.....Found the Calido website and they had £15 off discount code i delay in ordering looking elsewhere to be honest and when I did decide to order the offer was gone! The stinger was after i purchased the offer came back on! But that's my fault not Calido so just buy you won't get a better briquettes for your money! Believe me i have try many over the years!”

“We ordered a full pallet of Calido Wood Briquettes. Service from Calido was excellent. Our pallet was delivered to our door just three days after ordering, even though we live in an extremely remote location. The wood briquettes are excellent. They give great heat and leave very little ash making cleaning our stove easy.”

“Good wood, well packaged, and rolled nicely into garage. Only complaint, they cannot tell you when they will be delivering in the day, and this means you have to stay in all day?? Surely they could indicate a rough time slot, am or pm?”

“Saw advert in ‘Love Local Mag’ so drove out to the industrial estate in Throsk. Very friendly & knowledgeable: they have a large range of logs/briquettes to choose from (as well as stoves) - the pros/cons of each type were explained. Bought a pallet of briquettes, delivered next morning. Excellent service.”
