“Very good and long lasting briquettes and also the same with Ash logs purchased at same time. Delivery was brillant - good pre delivery advice and driver called prior to arrival with time of arrival - Brilliant. Defo recommended, Thanks”

“Great customer service, delivered on time on a euro pallet, fab! Through our close to the back garden which has never been possible before, good for our old backs 😀 James was polite, helpful and really friendly. A pleasure to use Calido 👍”

“The service was fantastic, the wood briquettes less so. I have got them before and they were good but the new wood source means they are much more crumbly and burn much faster, so are poorer value for money. I also got some logs which are not easy to burn at all, though very dry.”

“I cannot thank Calido enough for their amazing response to my desperate help for a load of logs just before Christmas. I contacted a local company beforehand, but no joy. I have to say that the guy that delivered the crate went well out of his way to place the crate as close as physically possible to my side gate. I will certainly purchase from Calido again. The logs burn amazingly well.”
