“Arrived on time. Unfortunately pallet only fits through my gate lengthways, so I had to empty it then drag pallet through and reload it! Any suggestions appreciated? Stove installed today and is now burning beautifully.”

“First time I have ordered a pallet of briquettes and had some concerns. All questions were answered promptly, even outside office hours. I was well impressed by this service. During the whole process and delivery, I was updated by email and phoned by the driver to inform me when I could expect the goods to arrive. Overall a pleasant experience and can recommend them.”

“Ordered on Friday pm and got a phone call for delivery 2 min after. Logs were delivered about 1 hour later in the afternoon. Logs are very well seasoned. Great service, great logs and great banter!”
